What is a Giclee

A giclee (zhee-CLAY) is an individually produced, high resolution, high tech reproduction created with museum quality archival inks and canvases. Giclees are produced from the digital scans of Ray's original artwork, but cost a fraction of the original. The process of giclee printing is superior to traditional lithography. The high resolution colors are brighter, details are crisper, and they last longer. All McCarty giclee prints are enhanced by the artist, and are signed and numbered.
